IllBid.com allows buyers to submit offers on select items. The following terms apply to all offers made through the website.

SUBMITTING AN OFFER

Submitting an offer does not guarantee acceptance. IllBid.com reserves the right to accept, decline, or counter any offer at its sole discretion.

ACCEPTED OFFERS

If an offer is accepted, it becomes a binding agreement. The buyer agrees to complete payment within the timeframe specified at acceptance.

PAYMENT DEADLINES

Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in:

• Order cancellation

• Loss of the item

• Restriction from submitting future offers

NO OFFER CANCELLATIONS

Offers may not be canceled once accepted unless approved by IllBid.com.

ITEM CONDITION

All items offered are sold AS-IS and subject to the Condition Guide published on IllBid.com. Buyers are responsible for reviewing item details before submitting an offer.

SHIPPING & PICKUP

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated. Local pickup, if available, must be arranged in advance.

OFFER ABUSE

IllBid.com reserves the right to restrict or block users who repeatedly submit offers without completing payment.
