Items are shipped using common carriers and shipping services selected by IllBid.com unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup may be available for select items. Pickup arrangements must be made in advance and completed within the timeframe provided after purchase or offer acceptance.

Failure to pick up items within the agreed timeframe may result in order cancellation without refund.

HANDLING TIME

Orders are typically processed within a reasonable handling period after payment is received. Handling times may vary based on item type, size, and order volume.

RISK OF LOSS

Responsibility for items transfers to the buyer once the item leaves our possession or is released to the shipping carrier.

IllBid.com is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. IllBid.com is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, the buyer must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. IllBid.com may assist by providing shipment documentation upon request.
