RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

IllBid.com sells inventory sourced from storage auctions, liquidation, surplus, and similar channels. Due to the nature of this inventory, all sales are considered final.

ALL SALES FINAL

All items are sold AS-IS. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless the item received is significantly different from the item shown or described.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are non-returnable:

• Used items

• Untested items

• Items sold for parts or repair

• Mystery boxes

• Clearance or discounted items

MISREPRESENTATION EXCEPTION

If an item received is significantly different from the item shown or described, the buyer must contact IllBid.com within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

Any approved resolution will be determined at IllBid.com’s discretion.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may not be canceled once payment is completed unless approved by IllBid.com.

CHARGEBACKS

Buyers agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting IllBid.com to attempt resolution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in restriction from future purchases.
